Prayer Now can send your phone’s prayer schedule to a compatible Huawei watch, so you can check prayer times without opening the phone.

Supported Huawei watches

• Huawei Watch GT 2 and GT 2e.
• Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro.
• Huawei Watch GT 3 and Huawei Watch D.
• Huawei Watch GT 4 series.
• Huawei Watch GT 5 series.

Availability can vary by country, Huawei Health version, and exact watch model. Confirm that Prayer Now appears in the Huawei Health app gallery for your connected watch.

Before you start

1. Use an Android phone; Huawei integration is not currently available on iPhone.
2. Update Huawei Health and sign in with your Huawei ID.
3. Install Prayer Now on the phone from Google Play or AppGallery.
4. In Huawei Health, install the Prayer Now watch version on the connected watch.
5. Keep Huawei Health, Prayer Now on the phone, and Prayer Now on the watch open during the first connection.

Connect the watch

1. Open Prayer Now on the phone.
2. Go to General Settings > Smart Watch Integration.
3. Under Huawei Watches, enable the integration.
4. Keep the watch app open until the watch name appears on the phone.
5. Tap the sync option to send prayer times.

Keep prayer times up to date

• Free users should sync every 3 days.
• Premium users can sync up to 90 days.
• Sync again after changing location, calculation method, or prayer-time adjustments.

The watch does not calculate an independent prayer schedule. It receives the phone’s schedule to keep both devices consistent and reduce battery use.

If the watch is not detected

• Confirm that the watch is connected in Huawei Health.
• Open Prayer Now on both the phone and watch at the same time.
• Update Huawei Health and both Prayer Now versions.
• Disable and re-enable Huawei integration, then sync again.
• Confirm that the phone is Android and that Huawei Health has the required background permissions.
