Al-Sahaba Mosque is one of the mosques in Sharm El-Sheikh. It was established in the old commercial market area and laid the foundation stone for it on January 10, 2011 and opened on March 24, 2017 to become one of the city's tourist attractions at a cost of 30 million pounds collected through donations to the Lovers of Mustafa Association in Sharm El-Sheikh in addition to government funding. The mosque is built on an area of 3 thousand meters, and it includes two minarets, each 76 meters high, and a large number of domes, and it accommodates more than 3 thousand worshipers, and the height of its main courtyard reaches 36 meters on an area of 1800 meters and accommodates 800 worshipers, and inside it is a gallery with two umbrellas for prayer. And 36 toilets, in addition to service buildings and commercial units that serve as an endowment for the mosque, making the Companions Mosque the second largest mosque in Sharm El-Sheikh after the Mustafa Mosque.
