Our Master Mustafa (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was on the farewell pilgrimage on this eighth day of Dhu al-Hijjah in Mina. He prayed Dhuhr and Asr, Maghrib and Esha. He spent the night there and prayed Fajr. Then he left after sunrise from Mina to 'Arafa.. This is the day of Tarwiyah.

The night preceding'Arafah is one of those nights which is recommended to spend the night in worship. It is this night which is about to come upon us.

The Merit of the Ten Days of Dhu’l Hijja

Dhul Qi’da, the sacred month and the second of the months of Hajj, is leaving us. Approaching us are exalted and venerated days, which are amongst the best days of one’s life.  It has been conveyed to us that our Prophet ﷺ said, “The most virtuous days of this worldly life are the ten days,” […]

May Allah bless those amongst humandkind and Jinn whom He has given the opportunity to perform the Hajj as well as the pious, pure Souls who attend.

May he grant us a great portion of what He endows them and may He gaze upon this nation and have mercy on it and remove the tribulations and difficulties that have come upon it.

May he expand our spiritual provision this evening. It is a night of worship, a night to remain awake. It is therefore important that one spend it in worship and utilize it in the remembrance of Allah,  supplication and the recitation of Qur’an.
